Dominic grew up in Port Chester, NY. He grew up working in the restaurant business and aspired to be a history teacher. However the roles have reversed and he has become a student. Each and every day he is learning something new in the forever changing auto industry. He has been apart of the dealership for 38 years (but who’s counting). In his spare time you can find him spending time with his family, playing golf.

Monika Lawecka was born in Poland and moved to the United States in 2004. Monika graduated UCONN in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Admin. She’s been with Stamford Ford Lincoln since 2015 and has an array of diverse knowledge. Starting in the Business Development Center, Monika has proven to be an invaluable member of the team and is now Dominic Franchella’s Executive Assistant. Monika has a positive outlook and always strives to help others. Outside of work she loves to spend time with family and friends, enjoys working out, cooking & trying out new restaurants. ” Life is a journey, not a race. “

An IT Manager, EV specialist, and multimedia content creator with over a decade of experience spanning technology, automotive innovation, and film/television production. Currently serving as IT Manager and EV Department Head at Stamford Ford Lincoln, with a focus on digital infrastructure, customer-facing technology education, social media strategy, and advertising content for broadcast and online platforms. One of ten participants featured in NBC’s Charge Across America documentary, testing electric vehicle infrastructure coast to coast.

Co-founder of REBEL3 FILMS, with work as a creator, writer, actor, producer, and director showcased on Amazon Prime and in festivals worldwide. Experienced consultant in branding, video production, and IT support, with a strong foundation in acting, directing, and storytelling from the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute. Passionate about merging technology, narrative, and visual media to create compelling content across platforms.
